Gated Communities, HOA Rules, and How We Handle Naples
Naples rentals require more planning than Cape Coral rentals. Here is how we handle it:
HOA pre-approval — your job, but we help
Every gated community we have worked — Pelican Bay, Vineyards, and others — has HOA rules that govern whether inflatables are permitted, where they can be set up, and what hours they can operate. Before you book, call your HOA and confirm inflatables are allowed at your address and ask about time restrictions. If you need a certificate of insurance on file with the HOA before delivery, we provide one.
Guard-gate callahead
Gated North Naples and Olde Naples addresses typically require the homeowner to call the guard gate with our delivery window so we can get through on time. Send us your delivery window when you book; we will text you when we are 20 minutes out so you can give the guard the heads-up.
Pelican Bay's 49-HOA problem
Pelican Bay has 49 separate condo sub-communities, each with its own HOA. What is permitted at one tower may be prohibited at the next. Do not rely on neighbor experience — call your specific sub-association. If the HOA says yes, we can set up; if it says no, we do not argue with the HOA. Reach out to us after you have confirmation.
Olde Naples compact-lot setups
Gulf-adjacent Olde Naples backyards are often smaller than suburban Cape Coral lots. A 14-foot Classic Castle usually fits; a 22-foot Tropical Hurricane water slide often does not. Measure your setup area, add 4 feet of safety clearance on every side, and text us a photo before booking if you are not sure. We will tell you straight up whether your target inflatable fits.
Drive time and delivery fees
Naples delivery runs up to $75. Larger events in our service area often have the fee waived. Drive time is one hour to one hour fifteen minutes depending on address and traffic. For events requiring specific delivery windows, book early — we can schedule around rush hour, but only with notice.
