SWFL Amusements started with a backyard birthday party that didn't go the way it should have.
We're Gabe and Chris, neighbors here in Cape Coral. The spark was Chris's daughter's 4th birthday. The rental was a hassle from start to finish. He paid a premium for a slide that wasn't worth close to what it cost, and then had to help wrestle it into place himself. Meet Gabe
Gabe is the newer Floridian of the two. After 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, including two deployments and retiring as a Squadron Commander (Major), he moved his family to Cape Coral in 2022. His two boys go to Lee County schools, and tracking down a reliable party rental for them is exactly how this whole thing got started.
The military background shows up in how we run the business, not in how we talk about it: show up when we say we will, inspect every piece of equipment, secure every setup, and treat the customer's time like it matters. Discipline and safety aren't slogans here. They're just the standard.
Meet Chris
Chris is Cape Coral through and through, born right here at Cape Coral Hospital and raised in the community he now serves. He's a land surveyor by trade and has been doing it since high school, which has put him on job sites all across Southwest Florida. Precision and showing up are just how he's wired. He's also a girl dad, so he's logged plenty of hours making sure the fun holds up to a tough crowd.
That surveying background is a bigger deal than it sounds. When we tell you we can come out and set up at your location, it's not a guess. There's a good chance Chris has already surveyed your site or somewhere right around the corner from it.
