It is close enough that our delivery cost stays reasonable, and far enough that most Cape Coral rental companies treat it as an afterthought. We do not.

How We Reach Bonita Springs

We have two main route options from NW Cape Coral to Bonita Springs, and the right one depends on your address and the time of day:

US-41 / Tamiami Trail (surface route)

Straight shot south through Fort Myers, past Alico Road, into Bonita Springs via the Tamiami Trail. Slightly longer in miles, but no I-75 construction or crash-related backups. Good default for midday and off-peak deliveries.

I-75 (highway route)

Cape Coral Bridge or Midpoint to I-75 south, exit at Bonita Beach Road (exit 116) or Corkscrew Road (exit 123). Fastest on light-traffic days; we switch away from I-75 when accident reports show a backup.

Gated-community coordination

Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, and other gated communities require the homeowner to call the guard gate with our delivery window. We text you when we are 20 minutes out so you can give the guard the heads-up. If your HOA requires a certificate of insurance on file before delivery, we provide one — request it when you book.

Older homes vs. newer homes — the circuit question

Same situation as Cape Coral: homes built before modern code often have outdoor outlets daisy-chained on a single 15-amp circuit. Our inflatable blowers pull 1,000 to 1,500 watts each, so two blowers on one circuit will trip a breaker. Newer Bonita communities generally have outdoor outlets on separate circuits and handle multi-unit setups without issue. Tell us at booking if you are running two or more inflatables and we will bring a small generator to run off-circuit.

Back-to-School at Beards and Brews

Every year before school starts, Beards and Brews — the barbershop on South Tamiami Trail — runs a community charity event: free haircuts and free backpacks for local kids heading into a new school year. It is the kind of event that does not exist without the owner deciding the neighborhood matters more than a day's revenue.

We have supplied the equipment for that event two years running now. Kids get in line for a haircut, grab a backpack on the way out, and we keep them occupied in between with inflatables in the parking lot and adjacent area. It is not a paid contract in any meaningful sense — it is how we show up for a neighborhood that has been good to us.
