Here is the practical advantage of being based in NW Cape: we have four separate bridge routes to Fort Myers — I-75 at the north end, the Edison Bridge via US-41, the Midpoint Memorial Bridge via Veterans Parkway, and the Cape Coral Bridge at the south end. Chris and I pick by traffic and destination. South Fort Myers deliveries usually take the Cape Coral Bridge. Gateway and east-side deliveries run I-75. Downtown River District rentals use the Edison Bridge. Midpoint is our default for central and Colonial corridor addresses — except during 5 PM rush, when we shift to Cape Coral Bridge even for northern drops. It matters: the wrong bridge at the wrong hour adds 20 minutes to every single delivery.

Cape Coral Bridge (south)

Default for anything south of College Parkway. Fastest route to Fort Myers Beach-adjacent addresses, Iona, and the southern McGregor corridor. Avoids the Midpoint Memorial backup in afternoon rush.

Midpoint Memorial Bridge (central)

Veterans Parkway straight through to Colonial Boulevard. Best for central Fort Myers, Whiskey Creek, Page Park, and anything east of downtown. In rush hour (roughly 4:30–6:30 PM weekdays), we switch to a different bridge for anything time-sensitive.

Edison Bridge (US-41 / downtown)

Takes you into the Downtown River District — the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, the Edison Festival of Light corridor, and the historic district. We use this for downtown events and River District private parties.

I-75 north loop

Longer miles, faster minutes when you are heading to Gateway, east of I-75, or Buckingham. Good option outside rush hour. We used it for Gateway Charter School setups.
