We're a Cape Coral-based, veteran-owned family company, and Alva is squarely inside our Lee County service area. Delivery to Alva is a flat $25 — far less than what an out-of-county outfit would charge to send a truck this far east — and that fee covers delivery, professional setup, teardown, and pickup. For larger events, the delivery fee often gets waived; just ask when you book.

Why Alva's Big Yards Work in Your Favor

Alva is rural by Lee County standards, and that's a genuine advantage for a party rental. Three practical things it means for your booking:

1. Space is rarely the problem.

In a planned subdivision we're often measuring gates and side yards to the inch. In Alva, most properties have the room for our biggest units — a 22-foot Tropical Hurricane water slide, a full obstacle course, the sumo wrestling setup, or two or three inflatables running at the same party. Big grassy lots also mean we can stake down properly rather than relying only on sandbags.

2. Rural power needs a plan.

Many Alva homes sit on well and septic with older or limited electrical service, and some event spots are a long way from the nearest outlet. Our inflatable blowers pull 1,000–1,500 watts each, so one blower per standard 15-amp circuit is the safe limit. If you're running multiple inflatables — or setting up in a field, at a barn, or anywhere off-grid — tell us at booking and we'll bring a generator so nothing trips during cake time.

3. We know the drive out.

The run from NW Cape out SR-80 / Palm Beach Boulevard to Alva is one we make for events east, and we plan loading and timing around it. You get the same setup-and-teardown service as a Cape Coral customer; the only difference is the flat $25 delivery for the distance.

That Weekend at Anarchy Ale Works

This one's recent and real. We brought our gear out to Anarchy Ale Works — Alva's new family-and-pet-friendly brewery on Palm Beach Boulevard — for a two-day event. We ran the sumo wrestling suits on Saturday (adults and kids squaring off in padded suits is a guaranteed crowd-stopper), and we kept our Classic Castle bounce house up the entire weekend so the little ones had something to do while the families hung out.

It was a blast, and it's a good example of what we can do for a venue or community event in Alva: a flexible, multi-day setup mixing a kid-friendly inflatable with an interactive game that pulls in the whole crowd.
